"Acrylic pour art is a painting technique that involves pouring fluid acrylic paints onto a surface to create abstract, marbled effects. This method allows artists to experiment with colors and patterns, resulting in unique and dynamic compositions. The process typically involves mixing acrylic paint with a pouring medium to achieve the right consistency, allowing the paint to flow smoothly across the canvas or object. Artists can use various techniques, such as dirty pour, flip cup, or puddle pour, to manipulate the paint and create different effects. The finished artwork is often sealed with a protective coating to enhance its vibrancy and durability."
The first two images are techniques of pouring acrylic paint and the last image is one of my completed Pour Paintings.
On the second row of images are various examples of the type of pours I do on objects. I can create custom commissions for you if you see something you like or have an idea of something else to pour acrylic paint on for decoration.... chairs, lids, small end tables, etc.
